Jay has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, covering most aspects of IT support and managing businesses, ranging from 10 to 5,000 employees. Jay also built and ran a photobooth business, designing and selling his own range of photobooths to a global market.

Jay is one of the co-founders of Newcrest Digital and Newcrest Property and plays a pivotal part in running the business and supporting our success.

Along with Mike, Jay is involved in several businesses, helping them grow and succeed through systemisation, planning, implementing strategies and employing the right people for the right roles.

Jay also works alongside Mike in growing the Newcrest business to be as effective as possible, through strategic innovation.

With 2 children and 2 golden retrievers, Jay enjoys weekends away around the country. He has a deep fascination in all things related to technology and is always looking for new ground-breaking products.
